We hope you love your Life Wipes, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
Returns for Damaged Goods Only
We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order is affected, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• Items must be unused and unopened
• You must contact us before returning, by emailing info@assisthygiene.com
Return Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
• We’ll ask for a photo to assess the issue
• If approved, you may return the item via tracked post
• In most cases, we’ll cover the return postage if the issue was due to our fulfilment or logistics partner
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any other reasons, including change of mind.
No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product (a hygiene item), we cannot accept returns for opened or used packs, or offer refunds/exchanges unless the item is genuinely damaged.
